Kamal K. Singh
Chairman
As Chairman & CEO, Kamal K. Singh has spent the last four decades creating the Rolta group of companies as a multi-faceted organization with a strong base of fundamentals and a wealth of Intellectual Property. He is also Founder Promoter of the Group with Rolta India Ltd., the flagship company of the group, which is listed on the BSE, NSE, LSE and Singapore Stock Exchanges.
An Engineering Graduate with a Masters in Business Administration, Kamal is an Executive Committee Member of FICCI, ASSOCHAM and several other prominent trade organizations of India. He is the President of the “Association of Geospatial Industries”, a member of the Board of Governors of IIT Indore and NITIE, and the Honorary Consul-General of Ukraine in Mumbai for the territory of certain Indian States. He has also served as a Govt. of India nominee Director on the Board of one of India’s largest banks – Punjab National Bank.
Over the years, Kamal has been the recipient of various industry honours, including the “The Best IT Man of the Year 2005” award by the Foundation of Indian Industry & Economists, the “Oceantex 2006 Leadership & Excellence” award for Technology Service Provider, the “Amity Leadership 2007” award, the “Glory of India” award by the Institute of Economic Studies and the “2007 IMM Award for Excellence as Top CEO” by the Institute of Marketing Management. He has also been bestowed with the “Lifetime Achievement Award” by the Honorable Vice President of India, at Map World 2009. Recently he was conferred with the Geospatial World Leadership Award for Entrepreneurship at the Geospatial World Forum 2012 by the Honorable former President of India, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
Preetha Pulusani
President – International Operations
In her current position, Preetha Pulusani is responsible for all operations for the Americas with a charter to increase business returns and growth from integrated synergies and differentiated solutions for key vertical segments in North America.
Previously, Preetha served as Chief Strategy Officer of Rolta India Limited, focusing on technology and go-to-market strategies that fueled the company’s growth and transformation into an IP-based solutions company.
In February 2006, Preetha culminated 25 years with Intergraph Corporation, where she had begun her career as an entry-level programmer. At the time of her retirement there, she was President of their largest division, Security, Government and Infrastructure which achieved global revenues of over $400 million. A member of several professional organizations, she has served as an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), from 2001 to 2006. She was recognized as the AITA (Alabama Information Technology Association) IT Top Executive of the Year in 2006.
Alfred A. Traversi

Fred is currently Chairman and CEO of AdvizeX Technologies, a leading information technology infrastructure solutions provider with ten regional offices across the US. An accomplished, results-driven executive, Fred is recognized for leading business transformations to accelerate growth and improve profitability in both the manufacturing and service sectors. He serves as a Board Director for three organizations.
Reida Elwannas
President, GIS/Mapping
With over 15 years of experience in the fields of Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and GIS, Reida Elwannas oversees Rolta’s Photogrammetry and GIS operations from Dubai. He is responsible for business development and responding to customers’ inquiries, proposals, quotes and technical support needs.
Prior to Rolta, Reida worked at IIC Technologies (USA) between 2002 and 2006, where he founded the Geospatial Division and worked as Director, Geospatial Solutions. Today, this division functions as a centre of excellence, providing a complete array of photogrammetry solutions. He has also worked at various other reputed international organizations, including SPOT and Earthdata International, and was involved in the migration of the entire production workflow of EarthData. Reida is capable of supervising all types of mapping projects, right from inception to final product delivery, including the QA/QC steps.
Nicholas Colagiovanni
Chief Operating Officer
Rolta AdvizeX Technologies
Nicholas Colagiovanni currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Rolta AdvizeX, a leading information technology infrastructure solutions provider in the United States. In this role, Mr. Colagiovanni is responsible for the Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing and Operations functions.
Mr. Colagiovanni first joined Rolta AdvizeX as Chief Financial Officer in April of 2014. Later he served as Vice President and General Manager, Consulting Services at Rolta AdvizeX. In this role, he oversaw a ~100 employee technology consulting organization, focusing on IT Advisory, Networking, Virtualization, Public/Private Cloud, Infrastructure and Microsoft services.
Prior to joining Rolta AdvizeX, Mr. Colagiovanni was a Director in the Private Equity Services (PES) Practice at Alvarez & Marsal LLC, a global management consulting firm. Mr. Colagiovanni was instrumental in growing the PES practice from startup to ~225 consultants and over $100MM in revenue. At Alvarez & Marsal LLC, Mr. Colagiovanni participated in more than 40 buy-side & sell-side transactions, business analysis reviews and performance improvement engagements across several industries for Private Equity sponsors. Additionally, he was placed as interim management for Private Equity portfolio companies, driving EBITDA, Working Capital and Liquidity improvements.
Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal LLC, Mr. Colagiovanni was an Associate with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Chicago. As part of the Assurance and Business Advisory Services group, he worked with clients in the print media, advertising, medical supply and consulting services industries.
Mr. Colagiovanni earned a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in accounting from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Illinois.
Shafik Jiwani
EVP, GIS/Mapping
At Rolta, Shafik connects customers with uniquely tailored spatial data solutions. He possesses a dynamic vision of what the GIS industry can become, the energy and drive to make it happen, and an inspiring integrity in leadership that invites the ingenuity of others.
Shafik previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Orion Technology Inc., a company he founded with three partners in 1998. Orion established itself globally as an innovative GIS solutions provider, most notably for their flagship web-GIS product, OnPoint, which Rolta acquired in 2007. Shafik continues to apply his vision and drive by helping customers connect with the innovations Rolta has to offer.
Blane Schertz
EVP, Business Operations
Blane manages Rolta’s North America Utilities / GIS and Engineering Technical Services business units, as well as various corporate business development and acquisitions. Prior to joining Rolta, he was Vice President at Intergraph for 15 years, providing leadership in the growth of Public Safety, State, Local and Federal Government business lines. At Sanmina-SCI,Blane was a Plant Program Manager and for 10 years at IBM, Blane was responsible for application development and systems analysis of material logistics, financial and shop floor control systems.

C.R. is the President of Rolta AdvizeX Technologies, where he has a track record of building strong teams while establishing excellent customer and partner relationships to exceed business goals.
He has responsibility for sixteen regional offices in the US, which represents $300M in revenue. He has led several technology initiatives, broadening the Rolta AdvizeX value proposition to customers, and serves as the Company’s Executive Partner for the VMware relationship.
Previously, C.R. was a Regional Director at SARCOM, a large value-added reseller. Prior to that, C.R. worked at Xerox Corporation for 16 years in various sales and leadership roles throughout the Midwest.
John Brier
EVP & GM – Services,

John Brier is the EVP & GM – Services, Rolta AdvizeX Technologies, responsible for setting technical direction by working closely with OEM partners and leading the technical team to develop and support customer solutions. He is an experienced executive recognized for the innovative use of information technology to create business value.
Prior to joining AdvizeX in 2009, John was the Senior Director for a $250 million global managed services business at EMC Corporation, the $22B leader in storage and information management. In 9 years with EMC, John advanced through senior business technology roles, broadening the EMC value proposition in providing solution offerings to customers and partners. John began his career as the Director of information Services for Goodwill Industries of Pittsburgh, where he continues to serve as a Board Member.
Richard Martin
EVP, Engineering & Operational Excellence Solutions
Richard is EVP, Engineering Design and Operations Solutions, and brings more than 30 years’ leadership experience providing engineering and Manufacturing Operations Management solutions to the process industries. A recognized authority on maximizing the business value of solutions serving Engineering, Energy, Chemicals and Power companies globally, he serves as a voting member of the S95 Standards Committee, working to define information models and processes for the manufacturing sector.
Prior to joining Rolta, Richard was VP at Aspen Technology, Inc., recognized for helping customers, partners and staff exceed their expectations.
